No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.

This presentation evening is for our senior members and their parents/carers. We kindly request that siblings do not attend as we want to fully celebrate our senior achievements. Please book additional tickets for parents and carers.
There is no onsite parking so please park considerably around the village.
Please ensure you tick the meal you require and any dietary requirements must be disclosed. Main meal and desert. A bar will be running throughout the evening, please support your branch by enjoying this evening.
