Pony club and non Pony club, of all ages.

You can enter your own team or we will include you in mixed teams to allow opportunity for placings in team and individual categories. (40cm upwards).

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Rules

*The Judges’ decisions are final. *Where possible we will combine individuals into mixed PC and Non-PC teams in ALL CLASSES unless requested as individuals only in the entry special requests. *Entries may be limited. *Each team to consist of 3 or 4 members. Best 3 scores to count. *No member may ride more than 3 horses or ponies in the same class/competition. *A competitor/horse combination may compete in 3 height classes BUT only once in each class. *On the day enquiries to Charlotte 07971 856905 ~ *Dogs must be kept on a lead *No pushchairs or mobility vehicles allowed in the warm up areas

Entry Conditions

1. Legal Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

2. Health & Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

3. The event will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2025, and it is the responsibility of the competitors to make sure that they understand and adhere to the rules.

4.Only baton whips may be used and in accordance with the Pony Club whip rule. You may be eliminated for over use or inappropriate use of the whip.

5.Pony Club members may only wear spurs if they have completed the riding element of the C+ test or the spurs achievement badge.

6. Please ensure that riding hats meet the current Pony Club standard, and are properly tagged with the Pink hat tag.

7. Any late changes to teams must be made to the Secretary 30 minutes prior to the advertised class start time.

8. STRICTLY ONLY TWO teams allowed into the practice area at any one time and they must be supervised.

9. Strictly NO mucking out onto the car park, please use poo pickers provided for horse walks/warm up areas. NO haynets to be tied to the outside of your trailer/lorry.

10. Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or above.

11. The organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class.

12. The welfare of the horse/pony is the responsibility of the owner/rider, whether mounted or unmounted, and should be fit for the competition.

13. The event venue stipulates all horses/ponies entering the event site must comply with 2025 Pony Club vaccination rules – passports must accompany all horses/ponies and spot checks will be undertaken: 1. 1st Primary injection followed within 21 to 92 days by 2nd Primary injection 2. 1st Booster injection which follows within 7 calendar months of the 2nd Primary Injection 3. Subsequent Boosters, which follow no less than 1 year after the previous booster As a minimum requirement horses/ponies must have had the primary vaccinations (1st & 2nd injections) and in addition following any vaccinations there must be clear 7 days before attending the event.

Team manager access is available to view and assign Pony Club teams online, if you do not have team manager access please request on the booking page of this event.

Anyone who wants to be considered for a team who isnt entering as a team of 3 or 4 please enter and add team option and team name TBC and you will be allocated a team
