Clear Round Show jumping in arena – Pre entries only.
For riders aged 10 and under.
Designed as a low-key introduction to a one day event for novice riders. Can be on the lead rein or assisted. Jumps will be cross poles and very small jumps with a max height of 30cm.
Max height of jumps 40cm. Can be assisted but not led.
For competitors aged 12 and under. Combinations not eligible to compete in Class 1.
To qualify for the Championships, the pony or horse/rider combination must have successfully achieved 12 or less show jumping faults and not more than one stop cross country at our ODE.

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Rules will broadly follow those as set down in The Pony Club 2023 Eventing Rules but will be adapted as appropriate to the ages of competitors. The decision of the judges and stewards in all cases is final.

Open to Pony Club and non Pony Club members.

Competitors to print own number and bring number bib. Numbers available on www.horse-events.co.uk

All classes will be drawn order. Running orders will be available 12th April on www.horse-events.co.uk

All hats must comply with current Pony Club rules and must have the current pink tag before competing. Hats should be tagged by the member’s own branch before the event. We are happy to tag non-PC member’s hats at the event but please check that your hat complies with the current standards before attending the event (link here).

Riding is a risky sport. It is compulsory that all riders wear body protectors to the latest Pony Club standard for the cross country element and are strongly recommended for the showjumping section. Air jackets are only permitted to be worn over a body protector.

Horse/ponies left tied to the outside of trailers/lorries must not be left unattended.

Full refunds will be given for withdrawals on or before 4th April. After the closing date refunds will only be made if replaced from the wait list. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be given excluding any admin charges made by the booking agent.

Riders or visitors are not entitled to be anywhere on the property other than the specific facilities being used for the event.

Please note that tack checks will be carried out by the organisers and it remains the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that tack adheres to Pony Club rules.
