Withdrawal Date: 26/06/2025

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given. Refunds given up 4 weeks prior to camp – not after unless medical note or veterinary certificate produced. No refunds given for last minute holidays or unhappy with group choices

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

After the closing date please contact the event Organiser bicesterandwardenhill@pcuk.org to make any changes

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser bicesterandwardenhill@pcuk.org

We request you pay 50% Deposit for your place at mini camp then 4 weeks prior to camp your balance payment.

There will be no refunds for camp for any of the below reasons:

• 3 rally rule not followed
• Not in the group that you wanted to be in
• Booked a family holiday instead

If you notify us prior to 4 weeks before camp you no longer want your place then your deposit will be returned in full.

If your pony becomes unwell or lame and a veterinary certificate can be provided then full balance will be returned.

You will not be able to attend camp if you have not shown proof of vaccinations and the organisers have seen the horses passport.
