Please make sure we have emergency contact details for the parent/guardian for any riders 12 and under. Ideally not the same as the adult rider who is accompanying them.

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 12/10/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given. Discretion of organiser can be used after withdrawal date.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Secretary info@horse-events.co.uk to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary info@horse-events.co.uk

If you have not draghunted with us before or you are the parent of a child coming draghunting, you must please email our Hon Secretaries in advance to discuss the meet and the suitability of you or your child for it.

Event Directions & additonal details
Directions : From M4 junction 15, take A346 to Marlborough, continue along this road for about 7 miles. DO NOT TURN OFF AT CHISELDON. Approaching Marlborough, with the golf course on your right, turn right at top of hill by the traffic islands and take (ii) next right (signposted Rockley/Broad Hinton). Continue along this road for about 2.5 miles turn left , signed Rockley. From Marlborough, take A346 to Swindon and bear left at top of hill (at the end of the brick wall). Follow above directions from (ii).

By Booking In with the Berks and Bucks Draghounds you will be automatically added to our WhatsApp group, it’s very easy to leave at anytime or we can remove you.
Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
