Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 31/12/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given. Discretion of organiser can be used after withdrawal date.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Secretary info@horse-events.co.uk to make any changes

If you have not draghunted with us before or you are the parent of a child coming draghunting, you must please email our Hon Secretaries in advance to discuss the meet and the suitability of you or your child for it.

Directions : From M4 junction 15, take A346 to Marlborough, continue along this road for about 7 miles. DO NOT TURN OFF AT CHISELDON. Approaching Marlborough, with the golf course on your right, turn right at top of hill by the traffic islands and take (ii) next right (signposted Rockley/Broad Hinton). Continue along this road for about 2.5 miles turn left , signed Rockley. From Marlborough, take A346 to Swindon and bear left at top of hill (at the end of the brick wall). Follow above directions from (ii). Then please follow Parking Directions below.

Please drive past the Manor House, Cottages & Stables on the main track.
Trailers & 4×4’s are to park in the field to the right of the track.

Under no circumstances should any Lorries/Horseboxes park in the field.
Lorries/Horseboxes (3.5T to 7.5T) are to turn left through double gates before the field above and park on the hardstanding track.

The first Lorry/Horsebox needs to drive up the track until level with a field gate on the right. Others to follow suit.

Finally, the Hunt Truck and the Hunt Quad are the only vehicles allowed on the Meet Field, please attend the Meet on foot or hoof only….

Foot followers can see some of all three Lines from the Meet Field, the parking field or the one above it… but don’t cross the scent !!!!

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
