Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 22/03/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given. Discretion of organiser can be used after withdrawal date.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

If you have not draghunted with us before or you are the parent of a child coming draghunting, you must please email our Hon Secretaries in advance to discuss the meet and the suitability of you or your child for it.

Event Directions & additonal details
From M4 Junc 13 Roundabout, take the A34 North turning, do not get on the A34 but rather take slip road signposted to Hermitage, at the T Junction turn right into Graces Lane/Priors Court Road, follow road and turn left at Roundabout onto B4009 Newbury Road. Just before the FOX INN turn right into Yattendon Road signposted to Yattendon (road changes name to Everington Lane, then back to Yattendon Road). In Yattendon, the Royal Oak will be on your left, continue for 0.5 miles and turn left into the XMAS Tree Yard on brow of small hill. From M4 Junc 12 take A4 to Newbury and at 2nd roundabout take A340 to Pangbourne, in Pangbourne at the Cross Keys turn sharp left into Pangbourne Hill follow for 3 miles to T junction and turn right and the XMAS Tree Yard is 2 miles on right hand side.

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
