Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Terms and Conditions
- All classes will be run as Single Phase.
- The Organisers and Leyland Court accept no responsibility for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, grooms, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel a class, withhold a prize or disqualify a competitor for any reason they deem necessary.
- The show will be run under The Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2025
- All non pony club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party insurance cover.
- The judges decision is final. Any objection must be handed to the Judges Box in writing with a £30 deposit (this will be forfeited if the objection is not upheld) within 15 minutes of the incident.
- DRESS CODE – this is a dress down show, you are not required to wear normal show attire to compete. For safety reasons, riders must wear at hat to current standards, jodphur boots/long riding boots and no hoodies/coats with hoods.
- Horses/ponies must not be left tied to lorries/trailers and left unattended.
- Please make sure all droppings etc are removed before leaving. No mucking out in the car park.
- No haynets outside of lorries/trailers.
- No lunging on site
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on short leads at all times and cleared up after.
- All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- By entering a class a competitor is agreeing to abide by the rules.
