Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £2.00
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Juniors to be 16 or under on the day of the event on ponies not exceeding 148cm (14.2 hh)
Classes 1& 2 only open to Juniors with lead rein permitted.
All other classes open to senior and Junior riders
