In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry fee: £12 per competitor for Class 1, 2 & 8. All other classes £15 per competitor per class.
Advance online entries only.

All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
Horse & rider changes change class or cancel your entry before the closing date can be made online by logging into your Horse Events account and editing your entry under the ‘EDIT ENTRY’.
For ALL changes of horse and rider substitutions AFTER the closing date there is a £5 charge. Please fill out the following form online at: www.horse-events.co.uk/rider-horse-substitutions-form/

A valid passport and vaccination certificate must accompany the horse/pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by the event officials. Vaccinations must be in accordance with the Pony Club Show Jumping Rule Book
Additional Details
SHOW JUMPING
Open to any teams or individuals (under 25 years) – including non-members.
Only Area 3 Pony Club members will qualify for the Junior Series Classes. Advance entries only – closing date Tuesday 17th September 2024 unless classes full before this date. Additional class entries available on day if time allows. All classes are single phase with a timed section.
AREA 3 JUNIOR SERIES – classes 3,4 and 5 are qualifiers for the Final of the Junior Series. The top 2 teams
and 4 individuals in each class will qualify. Qualification will pass down the line if already qualified in a team
or as an individual. Age as at 1st January 2024.
OPEN CLASSES
Competitors may only enter classes 3A and 4A if they are too old to enter the corresponding class for that
height. For example, a competitor may not enter class 3 AND class 3A
Prizes & Prize Giving
Class 1 & 2 Rosettes to 6th place subject to entries
Classes 3 -5 Rosettes to 4th place for teams and individuals if sufficient entries received.
Classes 6 & 7 Rosettes to 6th place subject to entries
Rules
Combinations may only jump once for each team in each class. Horses/ponies may only compete in a maximum of 3 consecutive classes.
This competition is run under Pony Club rules 2024. No jewellery is allowed including sleepers. Hats to be tagged as to the required PC standard and must be fastened and worn at all times when mounted. No spurs are allowed in classes 1 and 2 and in other classes with DC’s permission only. Jackets and ties or stocks must be worn hair must either be above the collar or securely contained in a hairnet.

HOT & COLD REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
