Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 01/02/2025
No alterations to be made after the closing date refunds minus £10 admin fee for withdrawals made 7 days prior to the event. No refunds within 7 days of the events
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Entry information
ENTRIES
Entries are to be made online at www.horse-events.co.uk
All entries will be taken on a first come first served basis and will close when full or on the Wednesday before the event.
Entries must be made in advance, no entries on the day. No email or telephone entries will be accepted.
The competition will start no later than 9am with 20-minute course walks between classes.
Entry fee: KBIS £48.00 per entry. There is no Start fee.

Times & Results
You will be allocated a number, please print three copies, two to wear in your Number Bib and one to display in your vehicle on arrival.
Times will be available on the Thursday before the event from 6pm on www.eventingscores.co.uk
Results will be available after the event on www.eventingscores.co.uk
Prizes in kind 1st to 3rd in each class; Rosettes to 6th place to be collected from Secretary’s at Log Cabin by Arenas.

KBIS Arena Evening Qualifier: Top 6 qualify unless there are under 15 entries then its top 4. Qualification cards with rosettes are presented at the event.

Bloxham qualifiers: The top 10 teams and top 30 riders in each qualifying class in the league will go through to the Championship.

Rules
RULES
Horses and ponies must be 4 years of age or above.
Each Horse/Pony may only compete once in a class and can only be ridden by one rider. If another rider rides the horse in another class, they will be judged HC.
Hard hats fastened at the chin must be worn at all times when mounted to specifications detailed in British Eventing Rules.
Body Protectors to the current BE Standard to be worn.
Stop watches are NOT permitted.
Any horse or pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy by a Judge or the organisers will be excluded from further competition without refund of entry fee.
Any rider who falls off must be checked by Paramedics before being allowed to continue.
The Judge’s decision is final.
All dogs to be kept on leads at all times.
Terms and Conditions
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards.
Paramedics in attendance. Any Rider who falls off, whether in a collecting ring or in competition, must be checked by Paramedics before they remount.
Government Guidelines must be always adhered to.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Except for the negligence of the Organisers and their agents or other for whom in law they are responsible, the Organisers do not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor and others present on the site of the Event and their property vehicles and accoutrements.
SPECIAL NOTES
In the very unlikely event of abandonment, entries will be transferred to the next Event Challenge date.
Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident together with a £50.00 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or section or divide any class, to transfer competitors between sections of a class, after the advertised times, and to refuse any entry.
