Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 16/09/2024
Refund minus an admin fee of £10.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded all entries will be transferred to the next camp.

Additional Details
Arrive on Friday afternoon, chill out and ride around to familiarise yourself with the wonderful facilities we have to offer. With all-weather and grass cross country courses, and all-weather show jumping, there is something for everyone.
Tea, Coffee, and kitchen facilities available for you to use over the weekend, with complimentary toast and cereal. There is a well-equipped club house, with wide screen tv and showers.
Stabling & Additional add ons
Stabling with shavings bedding supplied, is on site in our own separate purpose-built barn with a wash bay. (Please bring your own hay and mucking out equipment!) Parking is on hard standing, and we have 10 hook points available on a first come first serve basis. This can be booked in advance on our website: https://www.stonewalls.net/onsite-stabling
