Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 01/03/2025
Refund minus an admin fee of £10.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the closing date please email any change requests to: astonlewalls.ec@gmail.com. Any alterations to an entry after 1 March will be charged at £12 per change.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded entries will be offered a future schooling date.

Entries to be made online at www.horse-events.co.uk
Entry Fee (inc VAT) £75.00 plus non refundable booking fee – No start fee
All entries will be taken on a first come first served basis and will close when full or on 1st March 2025.
If you wish to edit the horse or rider details, change class or cancel your entry before entries close, please log in to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under ‘edit event’ tab and also please see Special Notes below.
Changes can be made to a horse or a rider but not both as this is a new entry.

Times & Number template
Times will be available on Thursday 6 March on www.eventingscores.co.uk Only SJ times will be given. You should then go as quickly as you can on to the Cross Country. Please print your number 3 times, 2 to wear in your number bib and 1 to display in your vehicle on arrival.
Stabling
On site stabling can be booked online at www.astonlewalls.net.
Rules
No plaiting is required. Please wear tidy riding clothes; show attire is optional. Hats to current PAS-015 standard should be worn at all times when mounted. Body Protectors must be worn for the cross country phase All dogs must be kept on leads at all times. In the very unlikely event of cancellation, entries will be offered a future 2 phase training date.

Grid reference SP495505. Aston le Walls is situated between Banbury and Daventry. From A361 follow signs to Aston le Walls; go over a narrow bridge and Washbrook farm is on the left.

Except for the negligence of the Organisers and their agents or others for whom in law they are responsible, the Organisers do not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor, and others present at the site of the Event and their property, vehicles and accoutrements.

The Organisers reserve the right to:
Cancel any class or section or divide any class
Alter the advertised times
Refuse any entry
