In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £2.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

This event will be run using the Pony Club Spring Festival rules (Arena Eventing rules), please familiarise yourself with them. Please note that current Pony Club hat tags must be worn (these will be available at the desk on the day), no fixed peak hats to be used and body protectors must be worn by all and be up to current standard (Beta 2018). Hair must be tied back securely, in a safe manner to reduce the risk of hair being caught and to prevent scalp injuries. Competitors are welcome to wear competition wear or cross country attire.

If competitors require a Pony Club Reasonable Adjustment for this event (available on the Pony Club website), please email it to the competition secretary by the closing date.
Fife Pony Club expects competitors and parents/guardians/helpers to treat the competition officials and volunteers with civility and respect. Please also remember that this event has been organised by unpaid volunteers. Anyone who is rude or aggressive towards officials and volunteers will be referred to The PCUK Head Office and may not be allowed to attend Fife Pony Club events in the future.
By entering this competition you agree to allow any photos on the day to be used by Fife Pony Club on their social media platforms.
Horses and ponies must be vaccinated as per the Pony Club rules 2024. Spot checks of passports may be done.
Day (£10.00) and overnight (£20.00) stabling is available, please get in touch with Netherton directly to book.

- All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Fife Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
