Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 05/04/2025
Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £20.00
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £0.40 (Booking fees are non refundable)
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser cotswold@pcuk.org to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser cotswold@pcuk.org

• Branches must be from Area 9 and may enter senior, junior and mini teams. If the event is over subscribed, entries will be accepted in order of receipt.
• Senior Teams of 3 members must be under 25yrs of age with at least one member being 16yrs or under. One member may be aged between 21 and 25yrs old.
• Junior Teams of 3 members must be 14yrs or under with at least one member being 11yrs or under.
• Mini Teams of 3 members must be 10yrs or under with at least one member being 8yrs or under. • RIDERS AGE MUST BE AS AT 1st JANUARY 2025
• Entries close Saturday 5th April 2025
General Conditions
• Bad language or behaviour by competitors or their supporters will not be tolerated and will result in the person(s) being asked to leave the site.
• NO DOGS ALLOWED
• The decision of the judge is final and any objection must be made to the Secretary with a deposit of £20, refundable if the objection is upheld.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety The organiser of this Event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
