In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £3 (Booking fees are non refundable)

For Pony Club entries you will need your membership number and Branch/Centre to enter a qualifying class. Please indicate if you are entering as a team or an individual.
Entries close on 1.2.25 or earlier if classes are full.
ALL MEMBERS WISHING TO COMPETE WEARING SPURS MUST HAVE PASSED THEIR C+ RIDING OR THEIR SPURS TEST AND CLEARLY DISPLAY THEIR YELLOW HAT TAG
Team Competition:
Branches/Centres may enter a team of three members in each Section of the Area Qualifier competitions.
Team members must compete in the SAME level of Qualifier competitions.
The team must comprise of three members, with all three scores to count.
Area/Mixed teams will NOT be eligible to qualify for the Championships.
Team manager is available for Managers to view and assign teams online, if you have not used this before please go to the Team Manager access request on the booking page.

Spring Festival Area Competitions will run in accordance with the current Pony Club Showjumping Rulebook and the Pony Club Spring Festival Rules.

Entries are only accepted on this basis. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

Qualifying classes – all competitors must be members of the Pony Club both at the closing date for entries to the competition and at the date of the competition
Horses/ponies must be aged 5 years or older
A responsible adult must be present with minors
PLEASE PRINT YOUR OWN PAPER NUMBERS AND WEAR A NUMBER BIB
The course will only be open for walking before the class starts
Competitors wishing to compete in spurs MUST have passed their Spurs Test and have a yellow hat tag or have passed their C+ riding or above.
