Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 28/02/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Secretary wheatland@pcuk.org to make any changes

Directions
Entry information
Branches and Centres will need to make entries on behalf of their teams. In doing so they are certifying the eligibility.
Teams should consist of four members.
The following information will be needed when making entries: PC membership number, member name, member DOB, Pony Club Branch or Centre, Team contact name & phone number.
Team amendments before the closing date can be made online by logging into your Horse Events account under ‘edit entry ’.

Timetable
Mini Quiz: 9:30am arrival for 10:00am start (Mini Quiz rounds should be fiished by 12:00pm)
Seniior Quiz: 12:30 arrival for 1:00pm start
Prizes & Prize Giving
Team rosettes to 10th place for both Mni & Junior/Senior Competitions.
The winning Branch and winning Centre in each compeition will qualify for the National Dodson & Horrell Pony Club Quiz Final which will be held on Sunday 4th May 2025 at Sheffield Wednesday Football Stadium.
Additional Details
Centres and Branches must provide one helper per team to assist with the running of the quiz. No equestrian knowledge is needed and all equipment will be provided.
Plenty of free parking is available.
Refreshments offered will be tea, coffee, squash and homemade cakes.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own food but please take all your rubbish home with you.
Dress
Competitors should be dressed appropriatly to represent their branch or centre.
Pony Club sweatshirt / polo shirt / jacket and comfortable trousers and footwear are expected. No ripped jeans.

The Landowners, Organising Committee and Officials will not be responsible for any accidents or damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever connected to this competition. Persons attending do so at their own risk.
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
By entering this competition, competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons taking part in this event to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club
