In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made, minus any expenses/admin incurred by the hosting branch. This amount will be checked and approved by Area 5 representative before refund is made.

1. Winter League Classes (Classes 4 to 9) are open to all (you do not have to have qualified to enter).
2. All Classes will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2024 and in accordance with Area 5 Winter League Rules 2024.
3. Points will be awarded in accordance with the Area 5 Winter League Rules
4. Age as at 1 January 2024.
Entry Closing Date – 10pm on Sunday 16th March
All Classes will be run as single phase course, with two sections (see below).
Max heights are as above for Section A with a maximum increase of 10cm in Section B
Course Details
All Classes – single phase with 2 sections – A & B Standard Size Arena Larger Size Arena
1st Section (A) Untimed Up to 7 obstacles (Min.6) Up to 13 obstacles (Min.6)
2nd Section (B) Timed Up to 6 obstacles (Min.5) Up to 7 obstacles (Min.5)
Faults accumulate over both sections
There will be a course change between each Class and a course walk before the start of each Class.
INFORMATION
1. Prizes
Individual rosettes to 6th in all Classes, Team rosettes to 4th in WL Classes 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
A perpetual shield will be awarded to the overall individual winner of the Winter League Series in WL Classes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
2. Saddlery and Dress Pony Club Saddlery and Dress Rules apply.
3. Numbers Members please print their own numbers at home.
4. Muck Please do not muck out horseboxes in the car park. There are dedicated muck skips, please use them. Please do not put muck in litter bins.
5. Litter Please put litter in the bins provided or take it home with you. Please do not put litter in the muck skips.
6. Catering There will be catering available on site.
7. Horses/Ponies Should not be tied up to the outside of horseboxes/trailers and left unattended. No haynets please tied to the outside of horseboxes.
8. Accidents All accidents must be reported to the Organiser.
