In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry fee – £45 per team (+ non refundable booking fee). Enter direct via www.horse-events.co.uk Look under Pony Clubs, Area 2. Entry close March 2nd 2025
Entry to state: Members full name, date of birth, members age on 1.1.25 branch/centre team name, section. Name of adult helper per team. Team managers email/mobile.
When entering please make sure you put branch/centre name and if more than one team a colour/name to make sure no confusion of teams on the day.
Dress code – PC jumpers.
Parents will not be sitting in the main hall but will have use of the small room near the kitchen. Not suitable for young siblings. Rheged center 1 mile away has a soft play and snacks.
Mini Briefing 930am – competition starts at 10am
Junior/Senior Briefing 130pm – competition starts at 2pm
Bring and share lunch – 1 small plate/item per member to share
Tea and coffee will be on sale – BRING cash, loose change (not £20 notes)
Each team will need to provide 2 adults over 18 to help man a quiz table/station.
No horsey knowledge needed, all information will be provided at the briefing.
Prize giving at the end of each section – rosettes to 6th
