Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Age of Competitor
- Senior Competition. – Teams to consist of three Members. Ages to be 25 years and under on the 1st January of the competition year. One Member to be 16 years and under on the 1st January of the competition year. Of the remaining two Members,one may be between 21 and 25 on the 1st January of the competition year.
- Junior Competition– Teams to consist of three Members. Ages to be *14* years and under on the 1st January of the competition year, with one Member to be 11 years o runder on the 1st January of the competition year
- Mini Competition– Teams to consist of three Members. Ages to be 10 years and under on the 1st January of the competition year, with one Member to be 8 years or under on the 1st January of the competition year
- Senior team questions: Questions based on the Care section of the C+, B and AH Efficiency Test cards.
- Junior team questions: Questions based on Care Section of the D, D+, C and easier parts of the C+ Efficiency Test cards.
- Mini team questions: Questions based on the Care section of the E, D and easier parts of the D+ Efficiency Test cards and the Mini Equine Achievement Badges.

Rules and Conditions
The competition will be run under the rules of the Pony Club Horsemanship rulebook 2025.
Reasonable Adjustment: We are happy to work with your members to ensure they have a positive experience. We encourage you to contact us regarding any adjustments that might need to be made. The RA policy for Pony Club is available here: https://pcuk.org/reasonable-adjustment/
- Scoring: There will be 50 marks available in each round. Branches and Centres are judged together and not split into two sections.
- Format: There will be up to 10 rounds, some will be practical, others may involve identifying pictures. Senior and Junior teams will have ten minutes in each section and Mini teams will have 8 minutes in each section to answer as many questions as possible before moving onto the next section.
- The Judges’ decision is final.
Dress
Dress should be appropriate to a working yard environment, Jodhpurs, boots, gloves and hats are expected. Coats should be available in case of weather change.
Health & Safety
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

Declaration of Mini teams from 8.45am. Briefing to start at 9am.
Declaration of Junior and Senior teams from 1pm. Briefing to start at 1.30pm.
