No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
All ‘b’ classes are novice classes set at the height of the class below
Competitors can also drop down a height from the class (including a novice class) and take 200 penalties
Jumps will be a mixture of show jumps, working hunter fences and solid fences.
Course will be timed for junior, intermediate/open classes only (not novice classes).
Run under 2024 Arena tetrathlon rules and will include a slip rail and a gate.
Entry Fee £25 per competitor for Tetrathlon £80/family
Entry Fee £15 per competitor for Triathlon £40/family
TEAMS: Teams of 4 with 3 scores to count and can be made from entries in any class.
Rosettes to 6th place in all classes. Rosette for Best Shoot, Swim, Run and 1400 Ride in all classes.
Clear round AFTER each class, pre entry £6, entries made on the day at £10 per round
Refreshments will be available form Amman Valley Pony on the Sunday.

Shooting
· All competitors are required to have a minimum of 3 practice shooting sessions before their first competition Loaders should be 18 years or over and competent. Younger competitors may load their own guns with permission of the Range Officer in charge and provided that they are accompanied by a responsible adult behind the firing point
· In the shooting range, guns must be kept in their cases and be flagged until the Range Officer in charge gives the order to “unbox” and ‘unflag’ them at the start of a Detail. They must be flagged and boxed again before competitors leave the firing point. At all other times air pistols must be stored in their boxes and locked in a secure place (i.e. in a vehicle out of sight).
· No person aged under 18 may be responsible for or carry a gun. An adult must be 21 or over to carry a gun for another competitor
· NO GUNS TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME
Swimming
-
- Competitors will only start from Diving blocks if they bring a copy of their certificate to the competition
- Only one person/coach allowed at end of pool
- Please indicate if a competitor needs to swim in an outside lane.
- Please indicate if a competitor needs to swim in an outside lane or needs to swim in the small shallow pool.
- Where competitors are unable to swim without aids or unable swim lengths of the main pool, they will swim in the small shallow pool for fun – please indicate this on the entry
- The run phase be organised with competitors being set off in groups, a maximum of 10.
Entries: Team Trainers or Pony Club officials confirming competitor entries should be satisfied that the competitor is competent to safely undertake each phase.
SCORING & QUERIES: Please ask the team manager to notify the organizer of any scoring queries ASAP. In order for any queries to be made, the final set of results will be confirmed ASAP on the day of the event. If you would like to object or have us check your score, you have 30 mins after publication of the scores. After that time, it will be too late to object. Please use the Area 18 tetrathlon query sheet to raise any queries regarding scoring.

Competitors who are not members of The Pony Club are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Area 18 tetrathlon committee of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
Photographic Rights – by entering this competition, competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons taking part this event to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club.
