In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £15.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

All competitors must be fully paid up members of The Pony Club. Payment & all entries to be made online ONLY please to: www.horse-events.co.uk To be run in accordance with pony club/HPA rules Late entries may be accepted at the organisers discretion and may be subject to a late entry surcharge of £5 . Entries may have to be limited and will be taken on a ‘first come’ basis Equally the organisers reserve the right to amalgamate/alter classes if there are insufficient entries
Will be awarded in kind at the end of the day’s play. All players will be expected to attend prizegiving smartly dressed in their team shirts and riding boots.
