As Pony Club Assessors it is essential that we possess the necessary interpersonal skills to deliver Test Days in an equitable and safe manner. This online CPD workshop aims to cover the essential Soft Skills to deliver Test Days and how to work effectively as a team optimising communication and feedback opportunities. The training will cover communication skills before, during and after the Test Day.
