Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 10/02/2025
Refund before Withdrawal date in Full (minus any booking fees). After Withdrawal date only if a vet/medical certificate is sent to Horse Events by the date of the event.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £2 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Entry Restrictions
The competition will run according to Barrier Health 2024/25 rules and The Pony Club Dressage Rule Book. Please check rules carefully including eligibility, dress and permitted tack/equipment for this competition.
Qualifiers
The Championships will be held on 1st and 2nd March 2025 at Addington Equestrian, Addington, Buckinghamshire, MK19 2JR
PLEASE NOTE – combinations cannot qualify as part of a team at the previous area qualifier held in January and then as an individual or part of a different team at this second area qualifier. A rider cannot ride 2 different horses in the same team.
Entry Conditions
Team Manager Access is available to view branch entries and assign teams online, if you have not used this before please request team manager access on the booking page or email info@horse-events.co.uk if you need any guidance.
PC Members: if you want to be considered for a team please choose Team and leave Team Name blank when you enter.
Entries close Monday 10th February 2025 or sooner if classes are full.
Health & Safety
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
Dogs are allowed on a short lead and under the control of a responsible adult. No dogs in the indoor arena.
Vaccination Policy
Please bring your horse’s passport with you as vaccination records will be spot-checked. All horses must have a valid equine flu vaccination
Dress
Numbers can be worn either on bridle or saddle cloth – ensure numbers are worn both sides.
If wearing a number bib, rider numbers must be printed out by each competitor. The numbers can be generated and printed using the number generator on Pony Club Results.
Legal Liability
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Terms and Conditions
Rules and Conditions
- If you would like to edit your horse or rider details change class or cancel your entry before the closing date of the event, please log in to your horse- events account and edit your booking under the EDIT ENTRY’.
- If you would like to change the class after booking closes, please email info@horse-events.co.uk and, if there is space available, they will do this for you.
- For ALL changes of horse and rider substitutions after the closing date there is a £5 charge. Please fill out the form online at https://www.horse-events.co.uk/rider-horse-substitutions-form/
- No combination may enter more than two classes and no horse may compete twice in the same class.
- Teams to consist of three members of the same Branch/Centre of the Pony Club. All three scores will count. Area/mixed teams will not qualify for the championships.
- Entries to be made online via horse-events.co.uk and will close on Monday 10th February 2025. Entries will be limited, and no entries will be taken on the day.
- All team members are automatically entered for the individual competition.
- All hats must be tagged.
- The decision of the judge is final. Objections are to be made to the secretary in writing, within half an hour of the disputed event, together with a deposit of £10 which will be refunded should be objection be upheld.
- Entries will not be refunded unless a doctor’s or vet’s certificate is produced.
- In the event of cancellation, £2 of the entry will be retained to defray costs.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend or add to the classes as they see fit.
- Please park courteously and follow the instructions of the parking steward.
- Horses must not be left unattended while tied up to your lorry/trailer.
- Please clear up all droppings, hay and litter and take them home with you.
- Payment of the entry fee shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the above rules and conditions.
- Spurs: Members wishing to ride in spurs at this show must have achieved C+ Riding Test or The Spurs Achievement Test. Misuse of spurs by any competitor will be recorded and reported and may result in disqualification from the competition.
- All competitors must wear gloves and hair tied back securely.
- Numnahs, saddle cloths and pads – any discreet solid colour is permitted.
