In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Combination of horse and rider can compete at two adjacent levels of the same sport at the Area Competition or at the Championships, apart from PC80 and PC90 i.e., combinations can compete at PC70 and PC80, PC90 and PC100 or PC100 and PC110
DC’S/CENTRE PROPRIETORS
All DC’s/Centre proprietors must ensure all horses competing have up to date vaccinations, spot checks will be completed on the day, any horse found not to have up to date vaccinations will not be allowed to compete and there will be no refund of entry. Horse passports must be available for checking by an official on day of competition.
All competitors must be aware of tack rules, whip rules and spur rules. Any breach of rules may result in elimination.
All hats must be checked by DC or centre proprietor and tagged with the correct tag (cerise pink), any member with an untagged hat will not be allowed to compete.
Please note if wearing a body protector they should all be to the required standard as per pony club rules
ALL RULES CAN BE FOUND ON PONY CLUB WEBSITE UNDER SHOWJUMPING RULE BOOK 2024. Any breach of these rules may result in elimination. Please refer to the rulebook and make sure you and your members are aware of the rules before the competition
RULES AND REGULATIONS

Any abuse of horse/pony, officials, other competitors, or members of the public will not be tolerated. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the venue with no compensation and will be reported to the relevant authority.
Judges decision is final. Any objection must be handed to the day secretary in writing with a £30 deposit (which will be forfeited if the decision is not upheld) within 15 minutes of the incident before the end of the class.
By entering this competition you are agreeing to be photographed whilst competing, these photographs may be used for future publicity and for displaying results. If you do not wish to be photographed please tell the photographer on entering the arena before you jump and let the organiser of the event know.
Participants enter at their own risk, neither the organisers nor the venue will be liable for any loss, damage, or accident to horses, riders, property or other persons.
No horse or pony must be left tied up outside the box unattended. PLEASE CLEAR ANY MUCK AND RUBBISH AND TAKE HOME WITH YOU.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and muck cleared and taken home
No horse or pony to complete more than 4 rounds of jumping (excluding jump offs), we are also running an unaffiliated event on the same day. The no more than 4 rounds rule, includes unaffiliated competition too.
NUMBERS
Rider numbers must be printed out prior to the competition and worn by the competitor, in a number bib on front and back.
Please DO NOT use bridle numbers
Competitor numbers must always be worn when mounted

Legal Liability Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or their tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis
