Anglesey Winter League Dressage incorporating Area 5 Spring Festival Qualifier

All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.

If you would like to edit your horse or rider details move class or cancel your entry before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘EDIT ENTRY’ Tab.

For ALL changes of horse and rider substitutions after the closing date there is a £5 charge please fill out the following form online at: https://www.horse-events.co.uk/rider-horse-substitutions-form/

Members will be required to print their own numbers and use number bibs/bridle numbers.

Closing date for entries 15th November 2024.

Times will be published on 28th November 2024.

Classes 1-5 will be run according to Winter League Dressage Rules and classes 2-5 will also comply with Pony Club Barrier Animal Health Spring Festival Dressage Rules 2025 available at https://resources.pcuk.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/THE-BARRIER-SPRING-FESTIVAL-2025-ENGWAL-ALL-RULES-final.pdf

Classes A to C will be run under Pony Club Dressage Rules 2024 which can be found on the Pony Club website www.pcuk.org

Class A will run before the Class 1

Class B will run before Class 2

Class C will run before Class 3

This is a brand new purpose built equestrian centre with 55 x 30 indoor arena and a 60 x 60 outdoor warm-up arena.  Competition will be indoors with warm-up outdoors.

Please ensure that all vaccinations are up to date and in line with PC & Venue guidelines.

Class 3-5 if entering as a Spring Festival entry, please note Commanders are not permitted in these classes as per the BAHSF rules.

COMMANDERS Commanders are not permitted at Area Competitions or Championships. Reasonable Adjustment may be considered if required, please see https://pcuk.org/officials/equalitydiversity/reasonable-adjustment/

Please note NO DOGS TO BE BROUGHT TO SITE

Rosettes to 6th place Individually – Prizes to 3rd in each section

Rosettes to 6th Pony Club Teams – Prize to winning team (BAHSF competition only), Classes 1-5 WL, Classes 2-5 BAHSF

Please DO NOT muck out horse boxes or trailers in the car park.  Please take it home with you.

Horses/ponies must not be tied up outside horseboxes/trailers and left unattended.  No Haynets outside, No DOGS

All accidents should be reported to the show secretary for inclusion in the accident book

If any horse/pony has been in contact with strangles or any other infectious disease, it should not attend the competition.

Equine Influenza/Vaccine Compliance

All horses/ponies vaccination should comply with rules for PCUK.  Details can be found at www.pcuk.org

Please ensure you have your horse/pony passport with you.

Refunds if cancellation of competition occurs

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made, minus any expenses/admin incurred by the hosting branch.  This amount will be checked and approved by Area 5 representative before refund is made.
