Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser aberconwy@pcuk.org to make any changes

Entry information
All entries should be made online using Horse-Events • Entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee, as stated online • If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date please log into your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘My Booking’ tab. • If you would like to change Class before the closing date please email info@horseevents.co.uk and if there is space available this will be done for you. • Teams will be nominated by Branches upon close of entries. Entry Fees- Intro Classes A & B – £10 Winter League Classes 1 to 5 – £16 Entries Close: Sunday 4th March Information, running orders and start times will be published on Area 5 website and emailed to Branches.

Rules
1. All Classes to be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2023 over a single-phase course divided into two sections – Course details Section A, over 5 to 7 obstacles, to be untimed or time allowed Section B, over 5 to 7 obstacles, to be timed. Maximum 12 obstacles in total. Faults accumulate over both sections. 2. Classes 1,2,3,4 and 5, the Area 5 Winter League classes, will also be run in accordance with Area 5 Winter League Rules to accommodate WL and non-WL teams and individuals with appropriate course changes where necessary. 3. Points will be awarded in accordance with the Area 5 Winter League Rules. 4. Branches entering more than one team in any one class must clearly identify their Winter League Team and multiple branch teams also named to distinguish. 5. Ages as at 1st January 2023 – PC Membership will be confirmed with branch. 6. In all Pony Club Show Jumping, excessive use of the whip, including repeated slapping down the shoulder, is prohibited. The rules state that the whip may be used a maximum of three times during any round. 7. Passports for all horses and ponies MUST be carried and available for inspection and prove vaccination valid in accordance with the Pony Club Equine Influenza Rules

Pony Club saddlery and dress rules apply. 3. Members to please print their own numbers. 4. Please do not tie haynets to the outside of horseboxes/trailers. 5. Horse/Ponies should not be tied up to the outside of horseboxes/trailers and left unattended. 6. Please do not muck out horseboxes/trailers in the car park, there are dedicated muck skips, please use them. 7. Please put litter in the bins provided or take it home with you. 8. All accidents must be reported to the Organiser. 9. Refreshments available
